Ms. Tiffany Adams - Principal
I'm thrilled to be returning to Hans Marsh! My journey in education began here as a 5th-grade teacher, and I'm honored to return to where it all started over 18 years ago.
Originally from Tampa, I moved to Lee County when I was two years old and have been a part of Lee County Schools ever since, from kindergarten through high school. I proudly graduated as an Estero High School Wildcat.
I believe every student has the potential to be a leader and achieve great things. I’m dedicated to creating a vibrant community of creative thinkers and lifelong learners.
Outside of school, I love spending time with my nephews and nieces, building with Lego, and enjoying Thai food. I'm also an avid traveler with a goal to visit all 63 U.S. National Parks
Mr. Jared Wallace - Assistant Principal
The 2024-2025 School-year marks my 17th year with the School District of Lee County. Throughout my time here, I have served as an educator at all levels K-5 and most recently spent the last four years as the Elementary Science Content Specialist, servicing many of the 51 elementary schools in the county. As an educator and advocate for quality education, I have dedicated my career to inspiring and empowering young minds. Having worked with diverse student populations, I am passionate about creating a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that fosters intellectual curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.
Dr. Christina Thibado- Assistant Principal
Dr. Christina Thibado is a dedicated educator and leader with 22 years of experience serving students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. Originally from Polk County, Florida, Dr. Thibado brings with her a strong connection to the values of community, service, and education that are central to Florida’s public schools. Dr. Thibado earned her Doctorate in Education from Liberty University in 2022, a milestone that reflects her lifelong commitment to learning and educational excellence.
Throughout her career, Dr. Thibado has demonstrated a deep passion for special education, advocating for inclusive practices and individualized support to help every student reach their full potential. She believes that all students can succeed when given the right tools, encouragement, and environment to thrive.
Dr. Thibado's leadership is grounded in the belief that collaboration, compassion, and consistency are the keys to student success. Her overall focus is on building strong relationships with students, families, and staff to create a school culture where every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to achieve their best.
Outside of school, Dr. Thibado enjoys spending time with her husband, Martin, and their son, William. Together, they love to travel—especially to Disney World, where they embrace the magic of adventure and family time.
Dr. Thibado is thrilled to be part of the Harns Marsh Elementary community and looks forward to continuing the tradition of excellence that makes our school such a special place to learn and grow.
