Mrs. Zenoniani

What an honor it is to be the principal of Harns Marsh Elementary! My journey with the School District of Lee County for the past 21 years has enabled me to grow through the most amazing experiences. I started out as a 4th grade teacher at Diplomat Elementary from there I moved to Caloosa Elementary, Franklin Park and Tropic Isles. Following my teaching experience, I became an administrator for Veterans Park Academy for the Arts and River Hall Elementary. The University of South Florida is where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. My Master’s degree in Educational Leadership was earned at Nova Southeastern. I’m dedicated to my goals of meeting the needs of ALL learners in a safe and effective environment.

My career as an educator began in Lee County in 1996. My first teaching job was at Diplomat Elementary in Cape Coral. During my time at Diplomat, I was a Life Skills teacher for ESE students. After a few years at Diplomat Elementary, I transferred to J. Colin English Elementary in N. Ft. Myers. There I spent one year as a 3rd and 4th grade ESE Inclusion teacher. After only one year at J. Colin English, I transferred to Colonial Elementary where I became the Behavior Specialist. During my time as a Behavior Specialist, I was given many leadership opportunities that fueled my desire to become an administrator. So, I decided to return to school and pursue my masters in Educational Leadership. After 9 years as a Behavior Specialist, I returned to the classroom as a regular education teacher in second grade at Colonial Elementary. In October of that same school year, I applied to become the Assistant Principal at Harns Marsh Elementary. I was appointed as the Assistant Principal at Harns Marsh Elementary that following January, and have loved every minute of it. Every day is a new day, and I look forward to coming to work to serve the students, staff and parents of HME. Together we will do great things!
